Gabriel Clemens missed the quarter finals at the Grand Slam of Darts 2019, the “German Giant” lost against Glen Durrant by 9:10. Clemens was never behind in this game and led with 3:0 and 7:4.<\/p>\n

But Durrant impressively shows why he won the BDO World Championship three years in a row. He always equalled the score and made the decisive break in the last leg. At the score of 9:8 “Gaga” had a matchdart on the double 20. In the last leg he waited at 40 rest for further chances, but got them and so he was eliminated with a 98 average.<\/p>\n

Also in the quarter finals are Dave Chisnall, Michael Smith and Peter Wright. Four more quarter-finalists will be determined on Thursday.<\/p>\n
