Who can answer my questions about ticket purchase?
If you have questions about ticket purchases, please contact our Ticket Center by email at: ticket@affilitix.de
The ticket team is also available by phone at: +49 (0)30 220119199 (Monday to Wednesday from 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
What should I do if I have questions about my order, haven’t received my tickets, or can’t find my confirmation?
If you don’t receive an automatic confirmation email after placing an order, either an incorrect email address was provided, or the ordering process wasn’t completed successfully. In these cases or for general questions regarding a ticket order, please only contact our ticket provider. Write an email to ticket@affilitix.de. Our ticket provider is also the point of contact if the email containing the tickets was accidentally deleted or cannot be found. During an event, an order can also be located on-site using the order number, the buyer’s name, or their email address.
What types of tickets are offered?
With a few exceptions, tickets for the afternoon and evening sessions are offered for each event day.
For some events, tickets are available in categories 1 and 2. Category 1 is always the floor area, while category 2 consists of seats in the stands. The tables and seats on the floor as well as the seats in the stands are numbered. Holders of a VIP ticket (if available) gain access to a separate VIP area; additional seats near the stage are also reserved.
Tickets for the European Tour events and the major events in Germany are only available online and personalized through the PDC Europe website (www.pdc-europe.tv/tickets/). The ticket shop also displays the ticket prices. The tickets are “Print@Home” tickets. After a successful order, a confirmation email is sent automatically. Once payment for the order is received, the tickets are sent via email for printing.
Please note: Tickets offered by other providers are “resellers” who sell tickets at a significant markup. Tickets not purchased directly from us can be counterfeit or invalid.
In the interest of all fans, we actively oppose this secondary market: commercial resales, i.e., profit-oriented offers and auctions, are not tolerated. With the support of our law firm SCHÜTZ Rechtsanwälte (www.schuetz.law), we reserve the right to impose ticket blocks and contractual penalties on resellers.
A transfer of tickets at the original price is permitted under Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions (Visitor Agreement at /agb/).
However, please ensure the name of the new attendee is entered in the designated name field and that the terms and conditions are also observed when transferring the tickets.
From the first event day, tickets for the respective event can also be purchased at the on-site box office. Ticket availability can then be inquired about via a direct telephone line to the box office, and the times of availability will be announced in advance for each event on the PDC Europe website.
Why can providers like Viagogo, World Ticket Shop, Ebay, and similar platforms sell tickets so early?
Providers like Viagogo, World Ticket Shop, Ebay, and similar platforms are so-called resellers. Purchased tickets are resold on their platform at a significant markup. However, these tickets are not available to these providers before the official sales start of PDC Europe, so they are only offered “on spec.” If their “buyers” don’t obtain tickets from us, their customers are left empty-handed.
We warn that platforms like Viagogo, World Ticket Shop, Ebay, and similar platforms may also offer counterfeit tickets. These are not valid for our events, and entry will be denied at ticket control.
Are there also tournament tickets?
Only session tickets are offered in the PDC Europe ticket shop.
VIP Tickets
If available, VIP tickets are listed on the ticket page of the respective event. There you can also see what additional services the tickets include.
What do I get from Platinum Drink Flat tickets?
If offered, tickets in the Platinum Drink Flat category give you the opportunity to purchase the best seats near the stage. In addition, from 30 minutes before the start of the show until the end of the show, you will receive a continuous, inclusive drinks service, saving you waiting and paying for drinks at the bar.
What should I know about admission and session breaks?
Each event day has an afternoon and an evening session. General admission in the afternoon begins 60 minutes before the session starts. In the evening, the doors also open 60 minutes before the session starts. Please check our dedicated info pages for each event for exact times.
Important additional information: After the afternoon session, the hall will be cleared and re-admission will occur. This ensures that only people with a valid ticket for the second session can enter the hall. The hall also needs to be cleaned for the second session. The quicker all spectators vacate the hall after the first session, the sooner admission for the second session can begin. Leaving the event during a session invalidates the ticket for that session.
Are there reserved seats for wheelchair users?
Yes, every event has reserved seats for wheelchair users. We ask fans who are not familiar with the conditions on-site and rely on a wheelchair to contact our ticket provider’s customer service before purchasing a ticket. (ticket@affilitix.de) There is no discount on tickets for PDC Europe events. However, if fans require a companion due to limited mobility, the companion is granted free entry to the event.
How can I contact the box office for inquiries about ticket sales for an event?
For questions regarding ticket sales for an event taking place (except Premier League), the box office can be reached on the day of the event from 11am – 9pm at +49(0)1701146426.
Is photography allowed?
Photography is generally allowed but only without professional cameras. Flash photography is expressly prohibited. Only cameras without interchangeable lenses may be used.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes, food and drinks are offered at all events; bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Can I buy fan merchandise at the events?
Yes, we have a merchandise stand at every event where, in addition to the latest tour shirts, other fan merchandise and darts accessories are available.
How can I support the players?
Players appreciate any support that doesn’t disrupt their game. Please respect this; we all want to see top performances on stage. Therefore, we ask you to cheer only after the throw and never while a player is throwing or concentrating. Darts fans are always fair; booing a player is not cool. Also, please put your phone on silent mode.
Can I bring bags and backpacks?
Follow the instructions of the security personnel and stewards. For safety reasons, standing on benches and tables is not allowed.
Please be aware that due to the changed security situation at our events, increased checks at the entrance are in effect. Bringing larger bags or backpacks (larger than A4) is not permitted. Only fanny packs and small handbags are allowed after inspection. Please avoid carrying aerosols (deodorant, etc.) or other liquids. We ask for your understanding; these controls are for the safety of all visitors.
What clothing is permitted?
Wearing soccer jerseys (both club and national teams) and soccer accessories is generally not allowed! Jerseys from darts clubs are expressly allowed. Otherwise, fans are encouraged to be creative. Generally, anything that does not violate good manners is allowed. PDC Europe reserves the right to refuse entry to the event for persons wearing clothing with right-wing extremist or offensive content.
