POLISH EVENT TERMS

applicable on 20-22 February 2026 during the Poland Darts Open mass event at EXPO Kraków, ul. Galicyjska 9, 31-586 Kraków.

The rules and regulations have been drawn up on the basis of the Act of 20 March 2009 on the safety of mass events (Journal of Laws 2023, item 616).

These Polish Event Terms and Conditions apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). In case of any conflict, these Polish Terms prevail to the extent of the conflict, except where required by law.

  1. General provisions

1.1    These regulations (“Regulations”) contain the general terms and conditions of participation in the event organised by Moltke Sports GmbH, Kobellstraße 10, 80336 Munich, Germany (“Organiser”) and form part of the agreement between the Organiser and the event participant.

  1. 2. Scope of the Organiser’s obligations, cancellation and change of the event programme

2.1    The Organiser’s obligations include ensuring that the holder of a valid ticket has access to the event venue covered by the ticket in order to participate in the event, as well as providing the organisational facilities for the event and ensuring its smooth running.

2.2    The Organiser has the right to cancel the event without prior notice for reasons for which the Organiser is not responsible. In such a case, the ticket holder is entitled to the rights provided for by law.

2.3    The Organiser has the right to change the date, venue and programme of the event for important reasons, i.e. the declaration of national mourning, unfavourable weather conditions preventing the event from taking place, illness, indisposition or other objective reasons beyond the Organiser’s control preventing the event from taking place, and cases where the change is caused by the need to ensure the safety, health or life of people or property, or the need to ensure the smooth and comfortable running of the event for participants. In such circumstances, in the event of a change of date or venue (except for a change of venue within the same town), the ticket holder shall be entitled to return the ticket before the start of the event and receive a refund of the ticket price.

2.4 If the ticket holder is entitled to a refund of the ticket price, they should submit a refund request to the place where the ticket was purchased immediately after becoming aware of the cancellation of the event and, in the event of a change to the date, venue or programme in accordance with point 2.3, before the start of the event. In any case, the ticket price will be refunded if the request for a refund of the ticket price is made no later than six months after the original date of the event.

  1. Event safety

The organiser reserves the right to do the following:

3.1 Refuse admission to the ticket holder in cases justified by safety considerations.

(a) In cases justified by safety considerations, to demand that the ticket holder leave the event premises and to take appropriate measures to ensure that the order is carried out. This applies in particular to situations where an event participant disturbs public order, behaves aggressively or in violation of these Regulations.

(b) Refuse admission to the event to ticket holders found to be in possession of weapons, explosives, pyrotechnic products, flammable materials, alcoholic beverages, intoxicants or psychotropic substances, beverages in glass, plastic, cardboard and metal containers, food items, wearing shoes with metal ends,  and any other items that may pose a threat.

(c) In justified cases, for reasons related to production or safety, change their seat/standing place to another one. The ticket holder will then be refunded the difference in the ticket price. They will also have the right to withdraw from the event and receive a full or partial refund of the ticket price.

3.2 Bringing and using professional or video cameras, tablets, laptops, selfie sticks on the event grounds and during the event is prohibited. The organiser offers the option of storing the aforementioned devices for a fee.

3.3 It is also prohibited to bring bags larger than A4 format onto the event grounds and to use laser pointers during the event. Food and drinks may not be brought onto the premises. The use of intoxicants is prohibited. Spray cans or other liquids are not permitted. Admission will be denied to anyone wearing football club clothing/accessories or misleading clothing items (e.g. high-visibility, police or security clothing).

  1. Additional provisions

4.1 Participants may be exposed to continuous noise levels that could cause hearing damage.

4.2 Official programmes and merchandise will only be sold at the event venue.

4.3    The purchased ticket should be treated as the Organiser’s individual consent to enter the event, which may be revoked at any time for reasons related to the need to maintain safety rules. This entitles the participant to a refund of all or part of the amount printed on the ticket, depending on whether the consent was revoked before or during the event.

4.4    The ticket may not be used in advertising and promotional campaigns (including competitions or lotteries) or for any other commercial purposes.

4.5    Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than the printed price or use in an unauthorised promotion invalidates the ticket. The Organiser allows the holder of an invalidated ticket to be refunded the price printed on it, excluding the amount corresponding to the service fee. Service charges related to the purchase of the ticket are not refundable. A refund of the ticket price, excluding service charges, is possible upon submission of a written request to the Organiser explaining the circumstances of the case, together with the invalidated ticket and proof of purchase. However, the Organiser reserves the right to take action against organised attempts to act unlawfully as described in the first sentence of this sub-point. Consequently, the purchase of several dozen tickets for the purpose of obtaining financial gain from resale, attempting to resell at a price higher than the printed price, or using the ticket in an unauthorised promotion may result in the ticket being invalidated without the right to a refund, as well as criminal liability as described in Article 133 of the Code of Petty Offences.

4.6    The ticket is valid only with the control coupon and entitles the holder to a single entry to the event venue.

4.7 Minors under the age of 13 may enter the mass event venue upon presentation of a valid admission ticket and under the supervision of guardians.

4.8 Areas not intended for the public include: the stage, backstage area, production area, competitors’ dressing rooms, sectors and areas not open to the public, lighting and sound control rooms, technical and administrative rooms of the venue.

4.9 The purchaser indemnifies the organiser against any damages incurred as a result of the purchaser/visitor who purchased the tickets not having made the ticket terms and conditions known to the other visitors for whom he or she also purchased tickets.
