2021 European Q School Final Stage Day 1: De Vos wins the first Tour Card

Geert de Vos from Belgium secured his PDC Tour Card on the first day of final stage action at the European Q School 2021.

The former World Trophy Champion defeated the likes of Jerry Hendriks, Michael Unterbuchner and Richard Veenstra on route to the final where he overcame Dutchman Geert Nentjes by 6:4.

Nentjes had defeated Martin Schindler from Germany in the semi-finals who had knocked out 5-time World Champion Raymond van Barneveld in the Top16.

After the fourth day of the final stage eight Tour Cards will be awarded via the Order of Merit. This is the OOM after the first day:
