The HYLO CARE PDC Europe Super League on Sport1 and DAZN

From May 16, the HYLO CARE PDC Europe Super League will be broadcasted on free TV, DAZN and PDCTV on four consecutive weekends. 16 of the best German darts players will compete for one of the coveted tickets to the William Hill World Darts Championship 2021 at the legendary Alexandra Palace until the big final day on June 14th.

The event starts on Saturday, May 16 at 2pm and on Sunday, May 17 at 3pm. The Super League will be played in two groups of eight, with the players facing each other two times. The top 4 of each group will then contest the quarter finals, semi finals and the final on June 14.

Werner von Moltke, Managing Director of PDC Europe: “This TV event is a great opportunity for the participants to compete with many of the best German players in the competition for a World Championship ticket to the Ally Pally. Thanks to the media partnership with SPORT1, the participants will also be able to present themselves to a broad public on this stage on free TV”.

Next weekend, Group A will start with the German number 2 Gabriel Clemens and the two-time semi-finalist at the BDO World Championship, Michael Unterbuchner. Christian Bunse, Kevin Münch, Sascha Stein, Steffen Siepmann, Kai Gotthard and Jens Kniest will also be part of the group.

In Group B, which will start on 22 / 23 May, last year’s Super League winner Nico Kurz will be playing. He will meet Rene Eidams, Dragutin Horvat, Maik Langendorf, Manfred Bilderl, Karsten Koch, Thomas Köhnlein and Daniel Klose.
