The quarter finals of the world championship are fixed. Nathan Aspinall and Michael van Gerwen were already successful on Friday. Dimitri Van den Bergh managed to turn around a 1:3 deficit against Adrian Lewis on Saturday, he now meets “The Asp”. Luke Humphries we are in the round of the last 8 last year, he won sovereign against Kim Huybrechts and now meets Peter Wright.

“Snakebite” had to give it all again, he was already leading 2-0 Legs in the fourth set. The Scotsman was one leg short of a 4-0 win over Jeffrey de Zwaan, but the winning dart only managed a 5-3 win in the final set.

After Ian White and Max Hopp, Darius Labanauskas has now defeated the next seeded player with Steve Beaton, “Lucky D” now challenges Michael van Gerwen. In the last quarter-final a duel between Gerwyn Price and Glen Durrant takes place.
