European Tour

The European Tour is the largest professional darts tournament series in continental Europe. In 13 tournaments (14 European Tour tournaments in 2025, 15 tournaments in 2026) in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Switzerland and the Czech Republic, the best professionals in the sport of darts compete against each other over three days (usually Friday to Sunday) in front of an average of 20,000 spectators in the arena and countless darts fans in front of the screen.

The professionals play for their place in the ‘PDC European Tour Order of Merit’ and thus also for starting places in the European Darts Championship, in which the best 32 players in this ranking take part.

Prize money totalling € 2.7 million will be paid out.

The 48 participants in each European Tour event are made up as follows:

  • 16 players: Top 16 of the PDC Order of Merit ranking list
  • 16 players: Top 16 of the PDC Pro Tour Order of Merit ranking, who are not already among the Top 16 of the PDC Order of Merit ranking
  • 10 players: 10 winners of the respective Tour Card Holder Qualifier
  • 4 players: Players from the host country of the respective European Tour event who have qualified in the Host Nation Qualifier tournament.
  • 1 player: Winner of the respective Nordic & Baltic Qualifier
  • 1 player: Winner of the respective East Europe Qualifier

The European Tour is broadcast/streamed live (DAZN, selected events by Sport1 and national broadcasters).
