Nico Kurz won the final of the German Darts Superleague with 10:6 against Martin Schindler and qualified for the first time for the PDC World Championship. After Max Hopp and Gabriel Clemens he is the third German starter at the highlight at the end of the year.
The best eight players of the Superleague after 5 match days took part in the final in “Halle 39” in Hildesheim. Former World Cup participants like Martin Schindler, Dragutin Horvat and Robert Marijanovic took part. Kurz had already finished the group stage first and showed his skills once again on Sunday. After some luck and survived matchdart against himself in the first game against Manfred Bilderl, it worked for him.
It followed a sure success against Maik Langendorf and Martin Schindler found no means to stop Nico Kurz.
On Saturday also the qualifier for the Superleague 2020 took place, we welcome Kai Gotthardt, Jens Kniest and Daniel Klose as new participants
